With your consent, you agree with the Terms and Conditions when you use the website without restrictions. Somehow you do not agree with the Terms and Conditions, you can't access the website in any manner or make a booking.

CONTRACT
To make your reservations, we work as a representative and while making the reservations we organize it for you with an establishment of an agreement with you as the supplier(s) or principal(s) like cruise firm / airline / operator/ lodging firm etc. described on your receipt(s). Also, we may reserve a holiday deal for you through which we hold an agreement with you or we may reserve service (s) along with several suppliers or principal(s) in which you hold a different type of agreement with each of them.

Being a representative, we don't take any responsibility for any actions or flaws of the principals or suppliers or the services provided by them. The terms and conditions of the suppliers or principals would associate with your reservations it is advised you to read their terms and conditions thoroughly and cautiously because they do contain notable details concerning your reservations. Considerately, request for copies of the terms and conditions for the case, you don't possess them.

BOOKING
Travelers ensure that all the entries you have made or provided like names, dates, timings are as per the passports also the travel itinerary is accurate. Besides, making changes once the reservations are done and tickets are not allowed however alterations may require additional charges.

During the reservation process, all the information provided would be verified with the supplier(s) and the principal(s). Moreover, kindly check the details specified on the receipt(s) including the name, travel time and date are correct. If any modifications are required contact us immediately. Additionally, all the tickets provided are non-refundable, non-changeable and, non-transferable in nature.

The information is given to us while making the bookings will be provided to the relevant supplier(s) who are making arrangements for your travel or any particular person who is part of doing all the arrangements for the travel. If it is required by the officials or law the passenger information will be rendered to the public authorities, for example, immigration and customs. This also applies to the crucial information which includes dietary, religious information and disabilities. Furthermore, certain information can also be transferred to credit checking and security groups. For the passengers who are traveling to the United States, the US border protection or US customs will be offered with the required information to prevent potential chances of terrorism and other serious crimes. And for the travelers who are traveling outside the European Area, the data protection may not be strong enough because of legal requirements the country. In case, if the information is not transferred to the concerned principals or suppliers then we are not able to process the booking. During the process of booking, your consent is required for the information shared by you to be passed to the relevant people.

The booking fares will be promised at the time of booking only. For the case, someone finds any problem while making the payment, in that case, they get informed over the phone or email. Or else, the tickets will be given to the travelers under 48 hours of booking of the ticket.

The cost-free luggage allowance granted to the customers might alter with the travel itinerary and fare type of the airline. There are airlines who may impose a fee for the checked baggage and supplementary baggage or added services. Consequently, it is suggested to communicate the airline immediately for the required information on baggage allowance, charges, and size.

Additionally, it is mandatory that the passenger has to present at the airport at least 3 hours prior to the scheduled departure as no refund and flight change option will be offered in case of No-show.

Furthermore, travelers are responsible for all of their travel documents given including visas.

PAYMENT
To confirm the booking, the customer requires to make payment in installments or in a whole. For the case, if the passengers make a partial payment, the remaining balance amount must require to be paid before or on the specified due date. in case, the payment is not done within or on time, in that case, the booking can be canceled by the principal(s) or supplier(s). Further, this might also cover the cancellation charges as stated in the conditions for booking.

INSURANCE
We consistently always advise the customer to opt for the sufficient travel insurance to cover them and their party because plenty of principals ask you to do so in order to make a booking with them in the terms and conditions. Also, there are some destinations who have made it mandatory to take up travel insurance. So it is recommended you to check with the embassy or the Foreign and Commonwealth Office. This insurance covers the uncertainties associated with the cancellation, cost of assistance in case of illness, loss of money and baggage, and accident and other expenses. The insurance cover protects you against the economical failure on the part of principal(s) and supplier(s) for your travel arrangements. For the case, the insurance is offered by us then make sure all the information you have entered is correct and given information is appropriate since false or incorrect details may affect your insurance cover.

DELIVERY OF DOCUMENTS
All the needed documents like tickets, insurance policies, invoices, and other documents will be posted to you through post. Once the documents are given, Travohelp takes no accountability until the loss of documents is happened by part of our negligence. In such situations, if the loss of documents and tickets are occurred, the entire cost of issuance will be borne by you. Additionally, you may request the delivery of documents via different means of transportation which does not include any additional cost.

PASSPORTS, VISAS AND HEALTH
We can only provide general details about the visa requirements and passport related to the itinerary, it is your responsibility to authenticate it from the relevant embassy and consulates. In such situations, neither the principal(s) nor the supplier(s) will take any accountability if the conditions are not fulfilled. Also, while traveling in the British Isles the airline may need photographic identification of a particular type. It is mandatory for all that the passport has to be valid for at least 6 months after the scheduled travel.

Additionally, the ESTA visa is required for the passengers willing to travel to the USA or transiting the USA. The ETA visa is also a major need for those who are going to travel to Australia. In case, your flight covers two different destinations, it is expected from you to check the transit visa requirements. Travohelp is not responsible for any VISA rules. In this way, refer to the concerned embassy for comprehensive details.

Travohelp can deliver the general health guidelines included in the booking to its customers. It is suggested you that check with the doctor for the particular health conditions and effects. The required treatments before the travel can change anytime. It is your responsibility to check the needed vaccinations before the travel and carry the claimed medications and abide by the medical recommendations.

Since the new passport rules clearly state that the travelers who are going to travel to the United States of America has made it a mandate that any person traveling to the US for business or holiday will require to have the latest biometric password or a passport consisting an electronic chip. It is said that the biometric passport has a string like lines which once swiped by the customs or security personnel of the US would immediately confirm the identification of the passport holder and other information.

Moreover, VWP visitors who are coming to the US without having the biometric password will be declined and refused to enter the country. Consequently, for passengers planning an instantaneous plan are needed to contact the relevant embassy and look for alternatives.

Above all, there are times when we require passport details because some airlines don’t allow issuance of tickets without providing the passport details. Also, you would get a confirmation through an email from our side on the given email confirming the same. For the case, there is a delay in acknowledgment then your booking will be canceled and you may require to pay the fare difference for making a new flight booking.

FINAL TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS
To avoid any kind of hassle at the airport, it is always recommended you to keep all your travel documents, visa and insurance documents in order also reach the airport on time to check-in. It is mandatory to confirm your flight with the airline prior to the departure. For instance, if you get any queries about reservations, you may contact us at least 72 hours before the departure of the flight. Besides, you need to be sure about the reference number and name given are correct at the time of reconfirmation. In such a case, if you are not able to reconfirm the information you may be rejected to board the flight and you are not likely to receive a refund.

CONFIRMATION
Once you made a flight booking, Travohelp sends you an email to confirm and verify that Travohelp has acknowledged the booking service demand. Most importantly, this confirmation email only explains the acceptance of your purchase following the final confirmation will be provided after checking the availability of the flight booking that you are looking for from the supplier.

COMPLAINTS
Being a travel agent, Travohelp always ensures that every customer is assisted with all the queries and complaints that they face while accessing the services. Meanwhile, you may contact our customer service representative for assistance. Though the contract for your travel arrangement has been held between you and the suppliers, any issue appears for your travel arrangements must be addressed to them. On the off chance, if any issue is there on holiday, it must be consulted with the related principals or their local suppliers instantly. Aside from this, somehow you don't fulfill this procedure, in such a case, there would be less opportunity for the investigation and fixation your complaint. The amount of compensation you would be getting might be reduced or else, it may also happen that you will not get any at all which depend on the circumstances. Moreover, in case, you find it appropriate to complain after returning home, you may write to the principals or suppliers. You can find the name and address along with the contact details in any of the confirmation document that we have sent you.
